After downloading, burn the iso image using any burning tool like PowerIso or DaemonTools to an empty DVD disc.

BUT if you want to install to a Flash Drive (At Least 4GB). You can follow the following instructions below to make a bootable flash drive.

Connect the USB flash drive to an open port on your computer. Windows will recognize the drive as an external device.

Click the Windows "Start" button. Type "run" and press "Enter."
Type "cmd" in the Run box and press "Enter."
Type "diskpart" when the command prompt window opens.
Press "Enter." A new disk part window will open.

Type the following commands into the window that just opened:

Type "list disk" and press "Enter." This command will list all the disk drives connected to your computer.
Find the number of the USB drive that you'll be using for your Windows installation and write it down.

Type "select disk #" but replace the "#" symbol with the correct number for your USB drive. Press "Enter."

Type "clean" and press "Enter." (Retry if it give error)
All data on the flash drive will be erased to make room for the Windows operating system.

Type "Create partition primary" and press "Enter." This will make the flash drive a primary partition.
Type "Select primary partition." Press "Enter."

Type "active" and press "Enter."

Type "format fs=fat32 quick" and press "Enter."

Type "assign" and press "Enter. (Ignore if it give error)"

Copy the Windows installation files from your ISO disc image to the USB flash drive.
Use WinRAR, PowerISO or 7-ZIP to open the ISO file and copy the Windows installation files to the flash drive.

Reboot the computer and configure the BIOS to boot from the USB flash drive.
The method for accessing the BIOS setup page varies depending on your computer brand and model.
Refer to your computer's documentation for specific instructions.

Restart the computer. The PC will boot from the USB flash drive.
The Windows installer will autorun and begin installing a fresh copy of Windows 8 on your computer.

Hilariously, her Twitter following (currently 11.2 million and rising by the day), responded. "GET YOUR MOM A CUSTOMIZED SLAVE 4 U OUTFIT," one Tweeted.
"She would look so hot!" Spears replied. "She would definitely look fierce :)"
The soon-to-be 30-year-old also LOLed at this suggestion: "Give her a picture of you as Mrs. Claus, Jason as Santa and Sean and Jayden as little elves!"
And she liked a sweet, simple idea from a follower who said: "I think you should get a scrap book made for her! That way you can have it hand made!"
Brit eventually settled on the hairstyling tool EZ Curler for her mom. Not as fun as these other ideas, but probably more useful as a stocking stuffer.

Kim Kardashian, Other Celebs Feed the Homeless for Thanksgiving

Kim Kardashian took time away from counting her divorce money on wednesday to help feed the homeless.
We must give legitimate props to the reality star, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Zoe Saldana and others for the charitable endeavor, as they served Thanksgiving meals to the those less fortunate on behalf of the Los Angeles Mission.

Kim, who has remained mostly quiet - with the exception of the occasional blog post - since splitting from Kris Humphries Tweeted afterward about the "many kindhearted people" she met while volunteering and added that "their goal is to feed 120,000 people by the end of the year... Every one of us can do something small that will make a huge difference to someone else.

Report: Kris Humphries Refuses to Sign Divorce Papers

Will this nightmare never end?!?
Despite numerous sources claiming no reconciliation is on the horizon for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, Life & Style now reports that the latter "doesn't believe in divorce" and refuses to sign his divorce papers.

Soon after the split was announced, Humphries did say he was "devastated" over the development, adding: "I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."
Pastor Joel Johnson, meanwhile, who married the couple, has even weighed in, adding: "I would love to connect with Kim and try to pull the reins back and redirect this energy in a more redemptive way."
Sorry, pastor, it's too late. The energy has also been directed to season two of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, which will use this entirely scripted marriage and break-up as an ongoing storyline.

Poor Demi Moore. The actress turned 49 yesterday, but is she really in a celebratory mood?

Since Kim Kardashian announced her intention to divorce Kris Humphries, this reality star has not merely been fighting against a public that now questions the sincerity of her every word... but against family members that are also aghast at her actions, according to the latest In Touch Weekly at least.

“The family has split into two camps since the divorce – Kim and her mom versus the rest of the family, who are really angry at her,” an insider says. “Encouraged by her mom, Kim has become a fame-addicted, money-hungry monster. She has lost touch with reality.”
Some onlooker named Hannah Smith claims that Kim didn't leave Australia last week because she couldn't handle the press tour; but because she couldn't handle her own sister!
“Khloe was mad because Kim was trying to look sad. She was telling Kim that people would see right through it, and Kim was only making things worse," Smith says, adding that the sisters ended up "swearing" at each other.
The Kardashians are set to hold a “series of crisis meetings,” the tabloid writes, as they look to find a common ground and forge ahead as one cohesive unit.
No doubt, cameras will be present for them.

George Clooney Speaks on... Suicide?!?

George Clooney is an Oscar winner, a philanthropist and a bachelor with a new beautiful woman on his arm almost every year.
Yet the actor tells the latest issue of Rolling Stone that life wasn't always so perfect. Far from it, in fact.

Referring to a spinal injury he suffered on the set of Syriana in 2005, Clooney said he was bedridden and "at a point where I thought, 'I can't exist like this. I can't actually live."

Tiger Woods is totally alive, despite reports on Twitter that he is dead.
In other news, he is uncharacteristically playing decent golf this week!
The greatest golfer of our age, Tiger Woods, hasn't been killed, no matter what a bunch of idiots Tweeting as much claim. But his golf came has been DOA for awhile.
He hasn't won a tournament in over two years (the two-year anniversary of the car crash is coming up) and his fitness, mentally and physically, has been way off.

You wouldn't know it this week in Sydney, Australia, where Woods is tearing up one of the country's best courses, leading by one stroke at the halfway point.
Woods says he's "playing properly" again. The distractions of the sex scandal that ended his marriage, injuries and splits with his caddy and coach are history.
"It's one of those things, just being patient," the 14-time major winner said. "I derive a lot of my confidence from practice. I'm getting ample practice time."
"That's something I've not done in the last couple of years."
Good for him. Even before the wreck ended his marriage to Elin Nordegren, he veered off a bit. Think he can pull it together and climb back up to the top?

Jonathan Lipnicki, Former Jerry Maguire Child Star: Freaking JACKED Now!

Jonathan Lipnicki, who played Renee Zellweger's cute, know-it-all son Ray in the 1996 Tom Cruise film Jerry Maguire, has come a long way in the last 15 years.
The actor, 21, stunned fans Thursday when pictures of his incredibly chiseled, buff body surfaced online. Lipnicki began beefing up for his role in For the Love of Money, and although his shirtless scene was cut, "I kind of became a gym rat."

Kate Middleton Hosts First Solo Royal Event

The Duchess of Cambridge is officially a royal now.
With less than 24-hours notice, Kate Middleton successfully carried out her first official solo engagement Wednesday by standing in for her father-in-law.
Prince Charles was supposed to attend a charity dinner in London, but had to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to pay respects to the late Crown Prince.
So in stepped the princess. Not a bad Plan B!

A palace aide told the BBC that Kate’s engagement went "very well."
"The Duchess of Cambridge was delighted to be able to step in for her father-in-law, the Prince of Wales, to celebrate the work of In Kind Direct at the dinner."
"She was so pleased that her first solo engagement was for the Prince of Wales, who has shown her so much support over the years," he added.
The always stylish 29-year-old wife of Prince William wore a pale empire-line dress at the reception, which was attended by about 30 guests.

Charlie Sheen Sends Best Wishes to Patrice O'Neal

Two days after comedian Patrice O'Neal suffered a massive stroke, Charlie Sheen sent his best wishes for a full recovery to one of the celebrities who roasted him last month.

"[Patrice] is a gentle giant, a brilliant comedian, and a noble dude. Wishing him nothing but recovery, healing and laughter," Sheen told TMZ.

Dane Cook, a Boston native like O'Neal, also took to Twitter to pay tribute to the funny man, writing:

“Please pray for him and his family. Patrice is unlike anyone I’ve ever met. He’s one of the best comedians ever. Period. He also gave me some of the most useful/real (expletive) advice I’ve ever received. Please put positive thoughts into this world for P. #hope.”

Dear Marc Anthony: you are a complete and utter moron.
Jennifer Lopez covers the latest issue of Glamour and let's just say that if her ex-husband didn't regret letting her go before, he most definitely will now. Yowza!

Lopez is reportedly dating Bradley Cooper and while she doesn't mention him by name in the magazine's interview, the singer does make it clear that she's ready for love again.

"I think I've finally learned the biggest lesson of all," she says. "You've got to love yourself first. You've got to be okay on your own before you can be okay with somebody else. You've got to value yourself and know that you're worth everything. And until you value yourself enough and love yourself enough to know that, you can't really have a healthy relationship."

Should Rob Kardashian Be Kicked Off Dancing With the Stars After Kim's Fake Tweet?

This has been a heck of a week for Dancing With the Stars controversy.
First, Maksim Chmerkovskiy lashed out at the judges for what he felt were unfair, personal critiques of his partner (a sentiment echoed by Chaz Bono).
Now, a fake tweet sent out by Kim Kardashian sent out to help her brother Rob on Monday night has come to light, and infuriated other contestants.
On Monday she wrote to her 10.7 million followers:

By writing “OMG I have @JustinBieber’s phone#!!!! 800 8684302! CALL HIM! He’s taking calls for the next hour!!!” she was actually pushing votes to Rob.
Funny? Harmless? Maybe, but her own fans turned on her, calling her “lame” and accusing her of cheating, while the DWTS cast too isn't pleased either.
“It is totally unfair that Kim did that,” one cast member said. “The other celebs on the show don’t send out fake information to trick people into voting.”
It's obviously unclear how many people called that number thinking they were actually dialing Justin Bieber, or if Rob had anything at all to do with it.
Still, “some of the contestants think Rob should actually be disqualified,” an insider said. What do you think? Should Rob be eliminated for this?

Nicki Minaj, Boyfriend Confront Maid; Cops Arrive on Scene

As first reported by TMZ, the singer fired a maid a few weeks ago because the employee fished a photo of Minaj out of the trash and asked her boss to sign it. Fast forward to Friday afternoon.

Nicki allegedly grew enraged because she saw this maid around her property and screamed at her to "get the f-ck out of my house!" But there was a problem: Neighbors confirm Minaj made a mistake and this was a different maid!
Still, under a case of mistaken identity, Nicki's boyfriend approached the woman and actually shoved her.
Police were called to the scene, a battery complaint was filed, but no one was taken into custody. In July, cops also intervened in an incident involving Minaj, as she got into it with a man outside a Dallas hotel.

Justin Bieber: Compared to The Beatles in Billboard

Justin Bieber covers the latest issue of Billboard Magazine and is asked about his Christmas duet with Mariah Carey during the interview.
"That was high," he says of the notes hit. "But I grinded it out and we got it down.”

It's Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, who gets the most attention from this article, however. Read how he compare his client’s fame to The Beatles:

“All the hype and the kids running down the street screaming, you lose the chance to say that this started because of the music. This album lets the music speak for itself. I don’t want to draw comparisons, but there was a band during the British Invasion that had girls screaming at them. I think you know who I’m talking about.”

Report: Scott Disick Purchases Engagement Ring!

As one Kardashian marriage reportedly falls apart, might another be on the way?
Insiders tell Life & Style that Scott Disick took a friend to Classics Jewelry in New York City's Diamond District last month and purchased "a 1.5-carat princess-cut-diamond ring," presumably for bride-to-be Kourtney Kardashian.
